Overview
A diagnostic tool built for city planners and policymakers to evaluate the structural stability of Chinatown neighborhoods. The framework scores neighborhoods across four weighted categories — Land Control & Ownership, Market & Development Pressure, Commercial Continuity, and Community & Staying Power — using 12 indicators on a 100-point scale. Developed through the NC State Pappas Real Estate Development Program alongside Adam Walter and Imran Auhkil. Prototype complete; initial demonstration case in progress.
