Overview
A $300 million Envision Silver–rated data center campus developed as part of NC State's ASCE competition team. The Arborium integrates closed-loop geothermal cooling that reduces water use by 99%, on-site water treatment, low-impact stormwater design, and community-facing amenities including an educational greenway, mobility hub, and visitor's center. The project is eligible for $22.4 million in tax credits and was designed outside the 100-year floodplain.
