Overview
A redevelopment proposal for the E.S. King Village site in Raleigh, examining zoning, land use, and mixed-use potential for an underutilized corridor. The project analyzes Industrial Mixed-Use zoning conditions under the Raleigh UDO and proposes a framework for transitioning the site toward denser, more equitable development that serves both existing residents and the surrounding urban fabric.
